Established in 2000, we are an independent training and development company specialising in personal and organisational development in the primary health care, voluntary and public sectors.

We are based in Sussex, but operate nationally. We have many years’ experience of designing and delivering training and development opportunities around leadership and management skills. We are an accredited centre for City and Guilds, Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and National Open College Network qualification programmes. We also offer consultancy, facilitation and recruitment services.
