About Us

Pauline Young (MBA – Technology Management) is an experienced training consultant with a background in management in general practice and in the public sector. Pauline was previously president of AMSPAR (Association of Medical Secretaries, Practice Managers, Administrators and Receptionists) where she was active the development of educational qualifications. Her dedicated and inspirational approach to personal development has transformed the lives of countless individuals over the past fifteen years.

Barry Syder (B.Ed Hons) has a background in education, but for fifteen years has been working within training and development - mainly in the primary healthcare sector. Rarely seen in the training room, Barry’s skills lie in the design, administration and marketing of our educational opportunities, as well as managing the business side of Syder and Young Ltd.
