Pauline Young (MBA – Technology Management) is an experienced training consultant with a background in general practice management and was until recently president of AMSPAR (Association of Medical Secretaries, Practice Managers, Administrators and Receptionists)

Barry Syder (B.Ed Hons) has a background in education, but for twelve years has been working within primary care training and development for both Health Authorities and PCTs, and as Project Manager for the NHS Executive and Modernisation Agency.
