This 4-day course is a development programme designed for experienced primary care professionalsoperating at a strategic level within their organisations. The programme aims to develop the critically evaluative and leadership skills appropriate to this level of responsibility.

The programme would be ideal for experienced Practice Managers, GPs, Nurse Managers or CCG Managers who wish to develop their leadership skills.

If required, the programme can be assessed via a single 5000 word critical incident review. Successful candidates will gain the ILM Level 7 Award in Strategic Leadership.

Price per unit: £375 (exc. VAT) - excluding registration and assessment fees.
The AMSPAR/City and Guilds Level 5 Certificate / Diploma in Primary Care and Health Management is in fact two courses in one. The Level 5 Certificate consists of 4 units delivered via 8 workshop days over a period of 12 months. To top up to the Diploma, candidates are required to complete a further 3 units delivered via 5 workshop days over a further 12 months.
