Introduction

Over the past five years, Syder and Young Ltd have been working increasingly on training and development within the voluntary and public sectors. Charities we have worked with, such as the RSPCA, Age UK and the Bobath Centre for Children with Cerebral Palsy, have limited resources to support staff training and often cannot access public funding. However, at the same time they are committed to the continuing professional development of their staff. Our pragmatic and flexible approach allows us to provide high quality bespoke training programmes at a fraction of the cost of those offered by the larger training companies. Also, because we are approved providers of qualifications from City and Guilds and the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), the programmes we offer can be accredited so that your staff benefit from nationally and internationally recognised qualifications as a result of their learning.
