Legal and General - developing coaches and mentors

Syder and Young Ltd are delighted to be providing Legal and General with a development programme leading to the ILM Level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring in Management. In association with QA, we are working with a small group of Learning and Development Consultants to help enhance their coaching and mentoring skills and guide them towards the Certificate.
