We have recently been working with the RSPCA to develop and pilot a new supervisory management development programme for their Chief Inspectors. Our work in the voluntary sector is now set to continue with Age Concern in West Sussex who have commissioned us to develop an ILM Level 3 Award in First Line Management for their middle management team.

Many congratulations to Samantha Clark who has achieved the highest mark nationally for the AMSPAR Diploma in Primary Care Management.  This means that for the third year running the highest achiever nationally has been a Syder and Young candidate.
