• AMSPAR/City and Guilds Level 5 Diploma in Primary Care Management
• ILM Level 5 Certifcate in Coaching and Mentoring in Management
• ILM Level 3 Award, Certifcate and Diploma in First Line Management
• NOCN Development Programme for GP Receptionists

Workshop-based programmes are currently available in the South East and Open Learning versions may be commissioned by PCTs in other areas.
