Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) accredited training for GP Practice Managers and staff

ILM Level 5 Award, Certificate and Diploma in Leadership and Management

This Level 5 programme is designed specifically for GP and Dental Practice Managers, Lead Practice Nurses, CCG Managers and other managers and leaders in clinical and non-clinical primary healthcare settings.

ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management

Receptionists and administrators are often promoted into supervisory positions, moving from one of the team to leading the team. This short programme gives Senior Receptionists, Assistant or Deputy Practice Managers, Office Managers and more the skills and confidence to make a smooth and successful transition. Successful candidates are awarded the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management.

This course will cover

AMSPAR/City & Guilds

AMSPAR City & Guilds Approved Centre

AMSPAR Diploma

Are you looking for the AMSPAR qualification? No problem. We’ve been delivering the AMSPAR Diploma for more than 15 years, a qualification focused on developing excellence amongst Practice Managers. Our AMSPAR/City & Guilds Level 5 Certificate/Diploma in Primary Care and Health Management is, in fact, two courses in one. The Level 5 Certificate is perfect for new and aspiring Practice Managers. The Certificate course has four study units and the Diploma adds three more.

AMSPAR City & Guilds Level 2 Award in Medical Terminology

If you’ve already completed Medical Terminology Parts 1 – 3 with us, this two day programme provides extra content. It prepares you for the hour long multiple choice exam which in turn lets you access the AMSPAR/City & Guilds Level 2 Award in Medical Terminology.
