Short Courses
for Practice Management
Now you can tell us which open-access workshops you would like us to run (or alternatively we can come to you!).
We offer a range of one-day and half-day workshops for GP Practice Management - including Deputy/Assistant PMs and Team Leaders. Traditionally we have organised open-access courses ourselves, but we have increasingly found that practices, PCNs and Training Hubs prefer to commission from us directly.
However, we are still happy to set up open-access workshops in Sussex and Surrey but we want to make sure we are running the right courses in the right locations.
We are therefore introducing a demand-lead model (see below) so we can be responsive to your training needs.
Below are all the short courses we currently offer. If you would like us to organise any of these, select the course, tell us where you are located, and how many places you are interested in.
When we have sufficient interest in a workshop we’ll set it up and send you an email so you get first option to book places. Then we’ll advertise the event more widely. We know circumstances change, so you are under no obligation to book. It just gives us an indication of what training practices want and where you want it delivered.
Alternatively, your practice, PCN or Training Hub are of course welcome to ask us to come to you and deliver in-house.
